Refund policy

At Blackcap Iron Co, every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear

• Sale items are final
